Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as product launches or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  •  Standard Shipping:  3-7 business days 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

International Shipping

LOTUS BOMB ships internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. LOTUS BOMB is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

LOTUS BOMB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
